• United States: Orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Import duties and taxes are covered by the Shop.

• Other Countries: Orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon delivery.

Shipping Time

Orders are shipped within 2 business days after the order is placed.

For international shipments, the average delivery time is approximately 3 to 6 days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.

Damage During Shipping

We take great care to pack items securely so that outer boxes do not become dented or scratched prior to shipment.

However, after the package is handed over to the carrier, damage or issues may occur during transportation due to reasons attributable to the shipping company.

Minor dents or scratches on the outer box that do not affect the use of the product itself are considered acceptable.
